Introduction – The Strange Disappearance
In the small town of Willow Creek, there stood an ancient mansion known as Blackwood Manor. It was famous for a mysterious painting—"The Lady in Blue." The lady's identity was rumored, but no one knew who she was. One stormy night, the caretaker, Mr. Grayson, made a startling discovery: the locked gallery's painting had vanished! Detective Elias, a sharp-minded investigator, was called to solve the case.
The Investigation Begins
👉 “I have hands but cannot clap. I have figures but no capability to count. What am I?‘
Elias grinned. Riddles were his passion. He soon worked it out.
Answer: A Clock!
Looking about, he saw an old grandfather clock in the corner. He raced over, opened the back panel of the vehicle, and discovered a secret entrance.
The Secret Passage & The Truth
Leading to a dusty underground chamber, Elias walked the small passage. There, in faint candlelight, he found…the lost picture!
Ignoring it was an aged woman, Mrs. Whitmore, Blackwood Manor's last progeny. She admitted to:
"'Greatgrandmother: The Lady in Blue. Long ago she hid a covert message behind this painting, afraid it would be taken. I had to guard it before anyone else did."
She uncovered the covered message on the rear of the artwork—a map to a family fortune thought to be long gone!
