🌱 The Wise Old Tree & The Impatient Seed – A Moral Story

Ravi, a little boy in a calm village, adored under an old banyan tree next to the river. Massive, it offered cover and refuge for many as its roots extended far into the ground.

🌿 The Little Seed and the Enormous Wish

Ravi one day came across a mango seed and chose to sow it adjacent to the banyan tree. Anxious to see it grow, he watered it daily.

After one week once more, only a small sprout showed itself. Ravi grew agitated.

He sighed, adding extra water and even tugging at the tiny plant to make it taller, "Why are you taking so long? Grow faster!"

A young boy pulls at a tiny mango sapling under a giant banyan tree, which appears wise, symbolizing patience and growth.

🌳 The Banyan Tree’s Wisdom

The old banyan tree chuckled as the wind rustled its leaves.

"Patience, young one. Strength takes time. Just like I was once a tiny seed, this sprout will grow when it’s ready."

"But I want it to be big now!" Ravi frowned.

The banyan tree swayed gently.

"Do you know why I am so strong? My roots grew deep and steady before I became tall. If you rush the seed, it may never grow into the great tree you hope for."

🍂 The Lesson of Time

Ravi considered for a second. Greatness, he saw, take time. He quietly tended the mango sapling from then on, allowing it to develop at its own speed.

His mango tree stood high years later and Ravi grasped the banyan tree's wisdom.

🌟 Moral of the Story:

Patience and perseverance lead to true growth. 🌱
Success takes time, just like a tree needs deep roots to grow strong. 🌳
Good things happen when we nurture, not rush. 🍂
